Use What’s My Address to find on-campus mailing addresses.
A complete mailing address is required on all MAIL (letters, packages, and overnight deliveries) sent to on-campus residents.
MAIL (letters, packages, and overnight deliveries) is automatically routed to the Package Center zoned for each residence hall. Residents will receive an email from Housing Package Centers ([email protected]) when mail is available for pickup. The email will include the pickup location, hours of operation, and the item tracking number. You will receive a notification for each piece of mail you receive, including letter mail.
It is the responsibility of each resident to pick up their mail within three business days.
Package refrigeration is available for medication. Prior to shipping, please notify [email protected] to arrange for special handling. The University is not responsible for spoiled or ruined items.
Food (such as restaurant deliveries) or groceries ordered via InstaCart, Shipt, Amazon Fresh, Postmates, or other similar same-day delivery services are NOT accepted by the Package Centers or Community Office.
If using these services, residents MUST meet the driver outside their residence hall to accept their delivery.
