MAIL (letters, packages, and overnight deliveries) is automatically routed to the Package Center zoned for each residence hall. Residents will receive an email from Housing Package Centers ([email protected]) when mail is available for pickup. The email will include the pickup location, hours of operation, and the item tracking number. You will receive a notification for each piece of mail you receive, including letter mail.
Incoming and outgoing mailboxes located in the residence halls are no longer in use.
Outgoing mail with appropriate postage can be taken to any Package Center, US Postal Service drop-box around campus, or to the Postal Service store located on the third floor of the Student Stores.
Food (such as restaurant deliveries) or groceries ordered via InstaCart, Shipt, Amazon Fresh, Postmates, or other similar same-day delivery services are NOT accepted by the Package Centers or Community Office.
If using these services, residents MUST meet the driver outside their residence hall to accept their delivery.
