Mail Forwarding

To ensure mail is delivered to the resident after they check-out, they MUST submit address change requests directly with each company who routinely sends them important mail. Begin this process early, as companies can take several weeks to process said changes. Examples include:

• Family and friends (send them a text!)
• Amazon and other online retailers
• Bank, credit card, cell phone provider, etc.
• Monthly subscription services (magazines, Dollar Shave Club, Billie, Hello Fresh)

Mail received after the resident has checked out is returned to the sender.
