Full-time, live-in professional staff members. Our CDs serve as the lead educator for students in the community as they assess, plan, implement, and evaluate intentional learning opportunities in the community to meet the developmental needs and learning objectives of students and staff. CDs have direct contact with residents, including advising a community government, providing guidance to Learning Communities where applicable, and through routine daily interactions.
The Resident Advisor (RA) is a full-time, undergraduate or graduate student who – under the supervision and direction of the Community Director – serves as an educator, counselor, administrator, role model, friend, and team member for the residents of a floor or wing in a residence hall.

Office Assistants (OA) serve as a resource for residents and are responsible for maintaining the community offices and assisting residents with the highest level of community service. OAs perform office functions such as answering questions in person and via phone, checking out keys and enhancements, and sorting mail.

Package Service Representatives (PSR) operate the four residential package centers across campus and oversee the receiving, sorting, and delivery of all residential letter mail and packages. PSRs ensure you receive anything you might need while living on campus, such as dorm room essentials, course materials, or a letter from home. PSRs always deliver the goods!
