*Our annual room rate adjustments are made taking into account various factors to maintain affordability and quality of services. The following 2025-2026 rates were recently approved by the Board of Trustees.  While these rates still need to be submitted to the UNC System Office and the Board of Governors, they provide an accurate reference for what next year’s rates should be.
