This community's ample amenities and five-minute walk to class make it a preferred destination for many students. Tucked away behind tennis courts and Cobb Parking Deck, this traditionally peaceful and studious community offers a convenient location near the heart of campus.
Do you enjoy tennis? Shooting hoops? Playing the piano? The Cobb, Stacy, and Everett Community offers them all, along with plenty of study space and technologically-equipped seminar rooms for study groups, movie nights and community programs. Davis Library, Lenoir Dining Hall, the Student Union, and the Student Recreation Center gym are only a short walk away. Walk downstairs at Cobb and you’ll find Chapel Thrill Escapes, a student organization founded by a team of UNC students in 2019 which brings students from across campus to Cobb’s great halls!
“I have been living in Cobb for the past three years and am continuously thankful for its classy decor, strong community environment and extremely convenient location on campus. I have made some of my most meaningful relationships in Cobb, and my fellow "Cobbites" are among the most engaged on campus!”
