Stream2 is a new IPTV service for our on-campus residents. It makes all of your favorite TV channels accessible online. Moreover, it offers a few more features than simple cable TV.
All Stream2 student accounts have 20 hours of DVR available and the ability to use a feature called "trick play." Trick play gives students the ability to pause live TV, fast forward, rewind, and start over any TV show that has occurred in the past 24 hours. It’s all the features of a high-end cable box except on your computer, tablet or mobile device.
How to get Stream2:
To register for Stream2, go to mycampusvideo.com and follow the signup process there. Set your username/ID to be the same as your ONYEN. After completion, you will have access to the Stream2 service!
To access Stream2, go to webplayer.mystream2.com. To quickly explore your home page, you’ll see a guide with information on every channel in the Stream2 lineup, your favorites (a list of your favorite channels for quick surfing or decision making), and your DVR recordings.
For tablet and mobile devices, download the "Apogee Stream2" app from iTunes or Google Play, then log in with your previously created credentials. The Stream2 app is also available for the Amazon Fire TV.
NOTE: The Stream2 service only works on campus.
