Starting May 6, 2019, the U.S. Post Office will STOP delivering letter mail to campus residence hall residents for the 2018-19 academic year.
Residents staying through all or part of the summer in Ram Village and Baity Hill will continue to receive mail. However, mail will not be forwarded after you move out. You still need to change your address 4-6 weeks prior to moving out.
The Post Office will NOT accept requests to automatically redirect your mail.
To ensure your mail is properly delivered to you over the summer, update your delivery address by directly contacting:
- Credit Cards
- Monthly Subscriptions
- Family & Friends
Make these address changes ASAP as most companies take 4-5 weeks to process. For example, send a text to family and friends giving them your summer address. Go to your bank’s website and directly update your address.
