Be a part of the Haulin' Heels Move-In Crew!
Are you interested in becoming a Haulin’ Heel? Volunteer for the Carolina Move-In Crew!

During move-in, first-year students need help getting oriented and settled into their new space. To assist in this process, Carolina Housing would love your help with our Move-In Volunteer program called “Carolina Move-In Crew.”
Volunteers are essential to the move-in process as they assist students with getting situated in their new environment, provide information about getting involved on campus, and help with making the new residents feel welcome. Tasks of volunteers include unloading cars, moving items, giving directions, providing refreshments and other move-in related tasks. Benefits include: early move-in (if living on campus), promoting your student organization, meeting new people on campus, and a free t-shirt!

Move in volunteers will be asked to sign up for 2-hour shifts on Friday, August 18 and Saturday, August 19 from 9 AM – 5 PM.

All volunteers must sign up individually, but may also choose to represent a campus organization. We will do our best to pair group members together for the assigned community. Volunteers who are also living on campus can also move in early.
