Season 2 of Campus Connection: A Carolina Housing Podcast, is off to a strong start with the release of the latest episode. Carolina Housing’s Matt Bertram and Rilee Knott sit down with Dr. Ashley Gray, Associate Director of Assessment and Strategic Initiatives, and Aubrey Carter, a current student and Resident Advisor for Rams Village. This episode focuses on the recent Voice Into Action survey, which was distributed last fall, the initial results, as well as what these indicators mean for student life on campus. Carter and Gray discuss empathy, conflict resolution, resident satisfaction, the mediation process, and more: from survey data to the real-life implications.
