In remembrance of Keith Shawn Smith, Carolina Housing created the Keith Shawn Smith Chancellor’s Award for Community Development and Mentorship. This award is granted to an exceptional Resident Advisor who has created a positive impact on their community and campus.

This prestigious award will be given to one outstanding Resident Advisor, so make sure to get those nominations in by the deadline of Friday, February 14, 2025, at 5pm.
