The Resident Advisor (RA) application deadline is quickly approaching! Don’t miss your opportunity to apply by 11:59 PM on December 5th, 2024.

The selection process will give you valuable insights into the responsibilities and expectations of being an RA or RLP RA. This experience will help you make an informed decision about whether to proceed further in the process.
RA Position Overview
Resident Advisors play an integral role in fostering community, providing support, and creating a welcoming environment in our residence halls. Key highlights include:
- Stipend: $11,500
- Opportunities to develop leadership, communication, and time management skills
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and staff
RLP RA Position Details
RLP RAs serve specialized communities, supporting unique populations and engaging in additional programming. Key details include:
- Stipend: $12,750
- Six positions available
- Additional responsibilities, including:
- Facilitating Residential Learning Program (RLP) initiatives
- Collaborating with campus partners
- Providing tailored support to residents in RLP communities
RLP communities include:
- BLU (Entrepreneurial Mindset)
- Pride Place (LGBTQ+ Focus)
- First Gens (First-Generation Students)
- Transfers United (Transfer Students)
- Outdoor Pursuits (Outdoor Adventure and Wellness)
- Skill (Civic Life and Liberty)
Important Dates
- Application Deadline: December 5, 2024, at 11:59 PM
- Interviews: January 15-17, 2025
- Offer Notifications: February 7, 2025
- Spring Kickoff (Mandatory): April 29, 2025
- Fall Training (Mandatory):
- RLP RAs: July 30-August 12, 2025
- RAs: August 4-12, 2025
