February 3rd, 2024: UNC vs Duke at the Dean Smith Center

If you haven’t yet experienced the buzz of excitement that fills campus leading up to the annual UNC vs Duke men’s basketball game at the Dean Smith Center, prepare yourself for a night like no other. Show your school spirit and enjoy the game at one of the many watch parties hosted by the Residence Hall Association (if you didn’t receive a coveted ticket, that is). Join your fellow Tar Heels for the most anticipated game of the season… hopefully the night will end rushing Franklin Street!

Spring Break begins on March 8th, 2024 at 5:00pm.

Holi Moli will be held on April 6th, 2024!

Holi, or the festival of colors, is a Hindu celebration historically celebrated for the arrival of spring. Today, the tradition has grown to celebrate love, community, and more. A beloved campus tradition, Holi is a day like no other. If you haven’t yet experienced this beautiful cultural tradition, we encourage you to mark your calendars for April 6th and get ready for an afternoon filled with song, dance, and throwing a lot of colors! LDOC is April 30th, 2024!

A bittersweet moment, the last day of classes marks the end of the semester and the beginning of finals. Before planting yourself in one of the many libraries across campus to study for upcoming exams, enjoy some free food and swag at the LDOC carnival held in the pit to celebrate the end of the spring semester!
