- Leadership Team - The Director, Associate Director, and Assistant Directors of the Department of Housing and Residential Education work closely together as a leadership team to provide campus housing to enhance the intellectual climate, establish inclusive environments that promote student learning and citizenship, and create opportunities for involvement and leadership.
- Community Directors - Your Community Director (CD) is a full-time professional staff member who manages the residential area where you live. He or she supervises the Resident Advisor (RA) staff, works with the desk staff and also supervises a Community Manager (CM). Together, these staff members work to provide a positive living experience for you in your residence hall. CDs and CMs maintain regularly scheduled hours in your Community Office and both can assist you with any questions or needs.
- The Administrative Staff of the Department of Housing and Residential Education serves as the initial point of contact for many students, parents, and staff.
- Assignments Office - processes assignments for incoming new and transfer students, recontracting for students currently living in campus housing, account billing, and cancellations of residence hall applications and contracts.
- Coordinator for Staff Recruitment and Development - this position is designed to coordinate all of the search processes for residential education student staff.
- Coordinator for Learning and Leadership - this position is designed to coordinate leadership opportunities within Housing and Residential Education, including advising RHA (Residence Hall Assosciation) and the Society of Janus (National Residence Hall Honorary local chapter). The position also directs the focus of residence hall programming for the academic year.
