Community Office A Summer Conference staff member in or near the building that your group is staying works in the Community Office. Your primary contact, the Community Director, is available between 9am-5pm to answer any questions or resolve any issues that you or your group members may have. In addition, the desk is staffed by a Summer Assistant from 8am-10pm daily. This staff member issues keys, reports any maintenance and housekeeping needs and serves as a general resource to conference guests. Our staff members are also on-call during evening and weekend hours in the event of an emergency. Linens The linen package includes 2 sheets, 1 pillowcase, 1 pillow, 1 towel and can be exchanged weekly. Towels may be exchanged based on guest needs. Blankets are available upon special request. Maintenance All requests for maintenance should be made to your Community Office. It is important for Groups to report maintenance problems and to provide a thorough description of the problem. Late requests or incomplete information often results in a delay of service. Public Lounges All residence halls have public lounges for use by the occupants of the building. Please check with Summer Conference Operations for available public lounges in your area.
