We are pleased to offer housing to a variety of people who interact with the campus community.   We offer two seperate services: Guest Housing and Conference Housing.

Guest Housing: We have two fully furnished apartments in our Baity Hill student family housing apartments: one 1-bedroom apartment and one 2-bedroom apartment.  These are available to individuals who are sponsored by a University Department.  Our Ram Village undergraduate apartments are available for sponsored guests staying anytime from May 20th thru July 31st and looking for a stay beyond one month during those dates. 

Conference Housing: We offer housing in the traditional undergraduate resident halls for groups (athletic, academic or professional) which are associated with the University.  Adult groups are housed primarily in our Ram Village apartments.

Whether you are new to our services or have been a frequent client, we appreciate the opportunity to work with your particular conference group.

Examples of conference groups include:

• Adult conferences and workshops
• Youth sports camps
• Special University-sponsored summer programs

Conference Housing is available to groups with educational objectives for resident conferences, meetings, and seminars being conducted at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill campus. This includes groups which are sponsored by a University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill academic or administrative department or non-University sponsored groups who are conducting approved on-campus programs. Conference guests include any recognized camp, educational, or other organization that meets the University guidelines for facilities use.
