Provides front-line customer service for a residential community. In addition to providing administrative support to the Community Director and Community Manager, the OA answers the phone, greets residents, checks out equipment, provides information and generally assists in the overall operation of the community office. OA's are supervised by the Community Manager, but most shifts require the office staff to work independently.
