The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for residents and future residents of Baity Hill at Mason Farm community for student families. CSRs are constantly active: assisting customers at the front desk, responding to telephone calls and emails, showing apartments, accepting and qualifying applications, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in paperwork and procedures.
The Customer Service Representative position may be filled by a full-time undergraduate, graduate or professional student. CSRs must demonstrate excellent customer service and listening skills, reliability, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. We are specifically in need of students who can work an 8:00 am - 2:00 pm shift during the weekdays.
The Department of Housing and Residential Education provides Customer Service Representatives with an hourly wage of $8.00.
The CSR application opens at various times throughout the year depending on staffing needs. We will fill our staff for the Fall with candidates from the first round of applicants at the beginning of the semester; if there are any vacancies at different points in the year, we will open up the application again.
