Rental Requirements

  • Full-time, single graduate students are eligible for one-bedroom apartments only.
  • You must be a full-time or post-doc student to be eligible to live at Baity Hill. Priority is given to students with families.
  • You will need to submit a valid PID# (or letter of acceptance to UNC) with your application
  • A $200 non-refundable application fee is due with your application.

Lease Terms

  • Leases at Baity Hill run through May 31, with monthly rent due on the first of each month.
  • We offer a summer extension or summer bridge (placing a hold on an apartment by paying reduced rent for June and July) option upon request. 
  • Subleasing is not permitted.
